DHW has been closely monitoring the evolving Coronavirus pandemic, and the health and safety of the clients we serve along with our employees are our top priority. We are following the recommendations of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, to ensure the safety of our clients, employees and community as a whole.
We are encouraging our employees to work remotely, avoiding travel whenever possible. We are meeting the needs of our clients via phone, email and video conferencing rather than face-to-face interactions. Completed tax returns will be mailed to clients when permitted, and we have placed a mail slot at our front door for a no-contact drop-off for information related to such matters. Additionally, we are now offering a drive-up service for picking up tax returns and other deliverables. When you arrive at our office, simply call 828-322-2070 and our receptionist will bring your documents to your vehicle to limit personal contact. Our secure client portal is also available for uploading documents. If you have not previously utilized our portal or if you need assistance, please contact us for access and instructions.
