Careers
DHW offers challenging career opportunities for professionals who want to work with a dynamic, growing firm.
Our staff has grown significantly since the firm was founded in 1990. We plan to continue that growth by aggressively marketing niche services, deepening our involvement with clients, and seeking out new business.
We hire the most qualified people. We then challenge their professional capabilities by:
- Getting them actively involved in the services we provide for our clients
- Emphasizing the importance of the latest developments affecting our clients
- Encouraging them to develop their technical knowledge and expertise in specialized areas
We regularly review our staff members’ professional progress through formal and informal evaluations. Performance, leadership, and the willingness to accept responsibility are the criteria for advancement at DHW, not seniority.
We work as a team. We share our knowledge and experience with each other. We welcome innovation and ideas. We take time out for retreats away from the office to examine our firm’s goals and strategy and to relax.
We offer a competitive salary, opportunity for advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package.
All of our staff members exceed the standards for continuing education set forth by the profession. We encourage new staff members to pass the CPA exam quickly. We believe that their involvement in community and professional organizations broadens their ability to serve our clients and contribute to our growth.
